Hi,

I was just wondering if any one has a Red Sea Max 250, and if so what is the verdict?

Cheers

hmmm get what you pay for i guess?
a local lfs has one as a demo reef tank, and i dont think any of the equipment in the damn tank is the gear it came with! it would be roughly 24 months old i guess.
in my opinion it's a cheap plastic tank filled with cheap crap and not much room for equipment expansion!?

if you want a all-in-one style reef tank i would spend a bit more and buy a BIOLIFE http://www.reefoctop...v2/pub/news.cfm

just by looking at these tanks you can see they are refined!

cheers

I do and run it as stock bar Tunze ATO and Vortech. Very pleased with this good looking tank. No problems at all, recommend to anyone.

Must be the Max 130, Red Sea's first "all in one", as the 250 was'nt even released 24 months ago?
Not in the same league as the 250.
