Blue hippo tang in a 4ft tank

Hello I was just after some personal opinions, I currently have a 4ft tank with a blue hippo, Juvenal emperor angel, 2 clown fish, 2 blue damsels and a rabbit fish along with about 10kg of live rock a leather coral and a sea anemone. My question is if I have nice open space in the tank will my fish be happy? Thanks
